- Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling content, management and
- Optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
- Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases, speeches, and social media posts.
- Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter, Glassdoor, Website).
- Monitor analystics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation.
- Goal setting and tracking.
- Asset creation (social mediadesign, video production and editing).
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices ad technologies.
- Provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications :
- University degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Max 30 years old.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess strong work ethics & performance driving work result by utilizing great analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and writing communications skill in both Bahasa and English
- Have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
- Dedicated, strong team player, organized and detail oriented.
- Strong communications, analytics and creative skills.
- Knowledge of the Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent storytelling skills.
